Here is the link to my Twitter thread review of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
The thread discusses how I personally liked how faithful Episode VII stayed to Episodes IV, V, and VI, as well as how it echoed some tropes from those episode. It also discusses how I liked the fanfic feel of the film. I discussed the "equipment upgrades" in the film. I also discussed my feeling that the film must have been a little inspired by Neon Genesis Evangelion. I also mentioned liking Harrison Ford's and Carrie Fisher's performances.
