8/17/18 discussion about being stalked in my neighborhood

Here is the link to my August 17, 2018, Twitter thread discussion giving some more details on being stalked in my neighborhood.

I'd honestly forgotten that I'd had the level of troubles I'd had at this time. Now that I'm looking through some of these threads, I remember how crazy some the things I dealt with were.
