8/16/18 discussion about more troubles in my neighborhood

Here is the link to my August 16, 2018, Twitter thread about having been gone from Twitter for another 11 days.

In the update/thoughts post below, I discuss a lot of the hard times I was going through in my neighborhood. This thread complements that post, because it talks about some kind of crazy situations I'd actually forgotten even happened.
