6/26/19 thread about COPPA 2.0

Here is the link to my June 26, 2019, Twitter thread discussion about COPPA 2.0 -- legislation which proposed a number of different restrictions to youth access to the internet, including raising the "internet age of consent" from 13 to 16 years.
