7/31/19 discussion on false youth sex rhetoric and anti-LGBTQ legislation in America
Here is the link to my July 31, 2019, Twitter thread survey of stories about how false rhetoric about youth sexuality is used, not to protect young people, but to enact anti-LGBTQ legislation and increase censorship in America.

6/3/18 chapter summary of my fetish novel "... or do I?"
Here is the link to my June 3, 2018, Twitter thread chapter summary of my fetish fanfiction story "... or do I?"
I wrote this amateur novel throughout 2014 and 2015. It is a fetish-themed romance, using the adult baby/ABDL fetish. However, my research for this story is really what opened my eyes to how politics works. I was interested in getting involved with things before I wrote this novel. But my research for this novel really gave me more direction in my efforts to get involved.
I wrote this chapter summary in 2018, for Pride Month, because a lot of the story takes place around Pride Month.
Twitter's platform has twisted each of my threads through 2018 and 2019 out of chronological order. This thread is greatly affected, as it is supposed to be a chapter-by-chapter summary, and now has all of the chapters jumbled out of order. My apologies.
Thank you for reading. Please enjoy.

4/6/18 discussion about sexual censorship
Here is the link to a Twitter thread I did in April of 2018 about sexual censorship.
This -- very long! -- thread was partly written in reaction to the April, 2018, raid on Backpage, following the passage (not enactment) of FOSTA-SESTA.
My views on FOSTA-SESTA were still mostly focused at that time on the law's effect on freedom of online sexual expression. And I was still trying to work through how my years of study, both with age of consent laws and youth/adult romance and with marriage equality backlash, connected with online sexual expression.
The thread mentions stories such as those of Kaitlyn Hunt, Helen Goddard, the man who tried to marry his laptop, Jocelyn Morffi, Stacey Bailey, Chris Isherwood, Don Bachardy, Mary Kay Letourneau, Vili Fualaau, Ali Michael, and Melanie Martinez. It mentions online expression in conjunction with a Maggie Jones New York Times article on porn and education. And it mentions my own amateur novel, Summer Azure.
The tweets in some of my threads have been twisted out of chronological order by Twitter's platform. This thread's coherency is pretty badly affected. My apologies.

10/26/14 review of book Redeeming the Dream: The Case for Marriage Equality
Here is the link to my Twitter thread review of the book Redeeming the Dream: The Case for Marriage Equality, by David Boies and Theodore B. Olson.
My thread gives a quick summary of the story. I then discuss the arguments I liked from the book for marriage equality as a constitutional right. I discuss what I learned about legal processes from the book. I also discuss what the book taught me about court cases as a public conversation. I also discussed why I liked the first part of the book more than the second, though I appreciated the whole book.
Here is the link to the Penguin Random House edition of Redeeming the Dream.
I bought this book from the Tattered Cover Book Store in Colorado.
