Here is the link to my Twitter thread review of the film Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, directed by Gareth Edwards.
The thread is kind of scattered. It starts with my decision to see the film because Donnie Yen was in it. It then discusses my feeling that Rogue One is more essential than The Phantom Menace. It compares my thoughts of the movie with those of the Cinemassacre review. It discusses my opinion's on some of the film's failings. It also discusses the effects of expanding the Star Wars universe in film too much.
I saw this film at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Littleton, Colorado.
