It should be noted I didn't attend this meeting for any specific reason. My goal had been, if I remember correctly, simply to attend 10 city council meetings in 2018. However, I didn't meet my goal.
Twitter's platform has twisted each of my threads through 2018 and 2019 out of chronological order. This thread is affected, but is still mostly coherent.
