1/17/16 review of Bolshoi in Cinema screening of Jewels

Here is the link to my Twitter thread of the Bolshoi Ballet in Cinema's screening of George Ballanchine's ballet Jewels.

The thread gives a background and summary of Ballanchine's ballet. It then gives a bit of background on the Bolshoi's production of the ballet. It discusses the themes, colors, and physicality of the ballet. It also discusses some of my favorite moments and dancers from the ballet.
