5/16/15 review of Anna Gaskell film screening

Here is the link to my Twitter thread review of a May, 2015, screening of some film works by Anna Gaskell.

My review discusses some of Gaskell's ballet films and her works Acts, Swimming Lessons, Replayground, and Echo Morris. My review goes a little more deeply into Echo Morris, as that work resonated with me a lot. The thread also discusses a tiny bit about Gaskell's theory of her art.

I saw this screening at the Denver Film Society's Sie FilmCenter in Denver, Colorado.

This screening was part of the film/Still series put on by Denver's Clyfford Still Museum.
